Terms and Conditions

Eweb Limited ("eWeb") provides Internet World Wide Web page hosting and development services. Use of the eWeb service is subject to the following terms and conditions. eWeb reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by eWeb when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

Legal Purpose
Customers may only use eWeb server for legal purpose. Transmission of any material that violates any local or international law, order or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to attack or cause harm to a server, or customer, of eWeb is strictly prohibited.

Payment Policies
All accounts/services are set up on a prepay basis. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts/services and are non-refundable. eWeb reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Termination of Service
Customers agree to submit service termination request in email or in writing at least 30 days prior to service renewal date. If termination request is not received, contracts will automatically renew.

eWeb makes no warranties for services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, and any service interruptions. eWeb reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
